Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale industrial construction project in Punjab. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing industrial construction projects from planning to successful execution while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall execution of industrial construction projects.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, Billing, QA/QC, Safety, and other project staff.




- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Requirements
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Proven experience with reputed construction contractors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of project execution, planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary Best in the Industry (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
