Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all aspects of mall operations, ensuring effective day-to-day functioning of the property.
- Manage facility management functions, including engineering, housekeeping, security, parking and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, health and safety requirements and fire & life safety standards.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, control costs and drive operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Manage vendors and service providers, including contract administration, performance monitoring, and service-level compliance.
- Coordinate closely with tenants, leasing, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.




- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall mall ambiance.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operation of all building systems.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle emergency situations, crisis management, and business continuity planning to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
