We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented General Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead our accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting functions. Qualifications

- B.Com / BBA
- MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate Degree in Finance
- Inter CA / CMA / Inter CMA
- Equivalent finance qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, P&L; statements, MIS reports, and financial analyses.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarterly, and annual book closures.
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, VAT compliance, statutory payments, and return filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.




- Support management with financial insights, budgeting, and compliance matters.

Skills Required
- Mandatory expertise in Tally ERP 9
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, VAT, and statutory compliance
- Experience in account finalization and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
