Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations of the hotel and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards across all departments.
- Manage the hotel's Profit & Loss (P&L;) and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare and monitor Annual Operating Plans (AOP), budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead and mentor departmental heads while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations to maximize revenue and guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with ITC Hotels' brand standards, statutory regulations, and SOPs.
- Drive business development initiatives, local marketing, and revenue generation strategies.
- Monitor operational KPIs including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP,



guest satisfaction scores, and cost ratios.
- Build solid relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local stakeholders.
- Identify talent, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

- Minimum 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
- Strong exposure to Food & Beverage operations is mandatory.
- Experience managing hotels with multiple F&B; outlets and banquet facilities.
- Experience handling hotel budgets, P&L;, and business performance.
- Prior experience with reputed hospitality brands such as ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, Oberoi, Accor, Hilton, IHG, Lemon Tree, Radisson, etc.
- Experience in business development and driving hotel profitability.

Additional Information

- Tamil speaking is mandatory.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Hosur .
- Initial 15 days of accommodation will be provided by the hotel; thereafter, the candidate will need to arrange accommodation independently.
