- Job Profile: General Manager - Accounts Payable
- 12-15 years preferably in Accounts payable
- A visionary leader to oversee day to day operational matters related to Accounts payable Key Performance areas: ·
- Overseeing Transactional AP · Vendor Reconciliation’s · Preparation of MIS as per Managements requirement
- Ensure connect with business managers wherever required · Handling of team of 10-14 people
- To ensure the accounting/support for all IDT related requirements
- Monitor, follow and communicate changes in statutory and financial regulations that entail changes in way of working; and consequently, implement such changes wherever needed
- Handling Internal Audit, Statutory auditors, and Group’s Internal Audit · Cash flow management, monitoring supplier payments both in INR and foreign currency · Management of activities like issuance of BG,



LC and discounting of LC’s
- Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
- Data availability for all company law related matteri.e., BOD meetings, AGM and other company law related compliances
- Leading the projects related to improvements in operational efficiencies, automation and ERP implementation · Provide adequate coaching to Finance Staff. · Handle relevant compliances- internal and external
- Skill Sets & Personality Characteristics:
- Should have hands on Knowledge of SAP -FICO
- Should be well versed in MS office with advanced Excel
- PPT presentation, Valuable communication skill both speaking and writing
