Hiring: Gen AI / Conversational AI Expert

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI / Conversational AI Expert to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered conversational solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Platforms, and Backend Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational applications and chatbots.
- Build scalable Gen AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architecture.
- Fine-tune foundation models and optimize prompts for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications using REST APIs.
- Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms using containerized environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Required Skills:

- 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML and Conversational AI.
- Hands-on expertise in:

- TensorFlow

- PyTorch

- Rasa

- AWS Lex

- Google Dialogflow

- Experience with Vector Databases:

- Pinecone

- FAISS

- Weaviate

- ChromaDB

- Strong knowledge of:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)




- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Prompt Engineering

- AI Memory Management
- Model Fine-Tuning

- Prompt Tuning

- Hyperparameter Tuning
- Experience building AI Chatbots and Conversational AI applications.

- Experience with Multimodal AI
- Speech-to-Text (STT)
- Text-to-Speech (TTS)
- Backend development experience using Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.

- Experience with Cloud Platforms

Preferred Skills

- Solid experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Experience building enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.
