Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Architect with strong experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI space to design and drive next-generation, cloud-native and open-sourced AI solutions.

The role will focus on end-to-end AI architecture , leveraging hyperscaler ecosystems to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Data and Vertical Agentic AI solutions with observability and security The architect will provide technical leadership , design, ensure best-practice AI architecture , and work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI-driven solutions.

Required Experience

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions on hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong background in cloud-native and distributed system architectures .
- Location- Pune

Core Skills & Expertise Agentic & Generative AI

- Multi-agent system design (Supervisor–Worker, autonomous agents)
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models
- Prompt engineering, prompt lifecycle management
- Tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
- Mitigation of hallucinations and AI reliability patterns

AI Architecture & Governance





- End-to-end AI solution architecture
- AI governance frameworks and guardrails
- Model observability, monitoring, and cost optimization
- Responsible AI, explainability, and compliance

Hyperscaler & Cloud Platforms

- Microsoft Azure or GCP or AWS, Databricks and Snowflake (exposure in more than 2 will be preferred)
- Cloud-native principles (microservices, APIs, event-driven design)
- Scalability, resilience, and high-availability design
- Security, IAM, and API management on cloud platforms

Data & Platform Architecture

- Data Mesh and data product architectures (good to have)
- Metadata-driven engineering
- Enterprise data modeling concepts
- Integration with data catalogs and governance platforms
- Data Quality and Governance

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in Telecom or regulated industries
- Synthetic data generation and privacy-preserving architecture
- Marketplace or data monetization platforms
- Pre-sales, solution storytelling, or co-innovation experience with cloud providers
