Role OverviewThe Full Stack Developeror GenAI Application Support is responsible for end-to-end engineering support of production GenAI applications, including code-level fixes, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.This role operates at the intersection of application, AI models, and platform engineering, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of GenAI systems in production.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong Full Stack Development experience:
- Backend: Python, Java/Spring Boot
- Frontend: React, Angular, Node Js
- Expertise in API development (REST/GraphQL) and microservices
- Hands-on with GenAI concepts:
- LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Robust understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)
GenAI & Platform Awareness
- Understanding of:
- Model lifecycle (versioning, deployment)
- Data ingestion & vector databases
- AI reliability risks (drift, hallucination, bias)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and RCA mindset
- Ability to work in high-pressure production support environments
- Effective communication and cross-team coordination
