About the Role

We are looking for AI / GenAI Engineers with 3–6 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing end-to-end AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Search, and API-based integrations. This role requires engineers who can take AI products from concept to production, rather than focusing solely on prompt engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and deploy end-to-end AI/GenAI applications for enterprise use cases.
- Build and implement RAG-based solutions leveraging LLMs and enterprise data sources.
- Integrate AI models with business applications through APIs and microservices.
- Develop and manage Vector Search implementations for efficient knowledge retrieval.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Deploy AI applications in production environments and monitor their performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Implement security, governance, and best practices for enterprise AI deployments.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.

- 3–6 years of software engineering and AI development experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI applications into production environments.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt orchestration, RAG, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Ability to independently design, develop, and scale AI applications end-to-end.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder management skills.
