Role: Technical Support II (GCP Billing)

Required Technical Skill Set: End-to-end ownership of GCP billing investigations; Understanding of core GCP billing services; GCP pricing models; Correlating usage to financial outcomes; Invoice and usage analysis; Billing tools proficiency; SQL for BigQuery billing exports; IAM and hierarchy understanding; Documentation discipline.

- End to end ownership of GCP billing and cost investigations
- Strong understanding of core GCP services from a billing perspective
- Mastery of GCP pricing models (usage based, CUDs, SUDs, regional pricing)




- Ability to correlate technical usage to financial outcomes
- Experience analyzing invoices, usage reports, credits, and adjustments
- Proficiency with billing tools and cost management dashboards
- SQL skills for Big Query billing exports
- Clear understanding of IAM, project hierarchy, and governance
- Robust documentation and audit discipline
- Bachelors in IT with finance/economics understanding
- Google Cloud Digital Leader + Associate Cloud Engineer
- 1–2 years in Cloud Support, Billing Ops, FinOps, or Financial Analysi s
- CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency
