Ltd. / Indian Weight Loss Diet (IWLD) Location: Goa Department: Admin / Housekeeping / Maintenance Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month Reporting To: Admin Head / Villa Manager / Management Job Objective We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and experienced Gardener who can take complete care of the garden, land, plants, trees, villa boundaries, and office plants of IWLD. The candidate should be able to maintain the greenery, cleanliness, beauty, and overall outdoor presentation of the villa and office premises.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Garden

Maintenance ● Take daily care of the villa garden, office garden, and outdoor green areas. ● Water plants, trees, grass, and flower beds regularly. ● Trim, cut, and shape plants, hedges, grass, and bushes. ● Remove dry leaves, weeds, unwanted plants, and waste from the garden. ● Maintain the garden in a clean, fresh, and beautiful condition at all times. 2.

Plant

Care ● Take care of all indoor and outdoor plants in the villa and office. ● Check plant health regularly and identify dry, weak, or damaged plants. ● Add manure, compost, fertilizers, and soil as required. ● Shift, re-pot, and arrange plants whenever needed. ● Protect plants from insects, pests, and diseases.

- Land & Boundary Maintenance ● Maintain the land area around the villa properly. ● Keep villa boundaries clean and free from weeds, garbage, dry leaves, and unwanted growth. ● Ensure the entrance, walking areas, parking area, and outdoor spaces look neat and presentable. ● Report any damage to boundary walls, gates, pipes, garden lights, or outdoor fittings to the admin team.
- Cleaning & Outdoor Presentation ● Keep the full outdoor area clean and hygienic. ● Sweep garden paths, entrance area, and nearby outdoor spaces. ● Ensure there is no garbage, plastic, dry waste, or water blockage in the garden or land area.



● Maintain a beautiful first impression of the villa and office for guests, students, team members, and management.
- Tools & Equipment Handling ● Properly use and maintain gardening tools like cutter, scissors, hose pipe, grass cutter, spade, rake, etc. ● Keep all gardening tools clean and safely stored after use. ● Inform the admin team if any tool, pipe, machine, fertilizer, or plant material is required. 6.

Support

Work ● Help in shifting plants, pots, soil bags, outdoor furniture, and small garden items when required. ● Support decoration or setup of outdoor areas during shoots, events, podcasts, or guest visits. ● Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for outdoor cleanliness.

Required Skills &

Qualifications ● Prior experience in gardening or landscaping preferred. ● Knowledge of plant watering, trimming, soil care, manure, and basic pest control. ● Ability to handle garden tools and outdoor maintenance work. ● Physically active and comfortable working outdoors. ● Honest, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking. ● Basic understanding of cleanliness and presentation standards. ● Should be able to follow instructions properly.
