What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with designers, UX specialists, engineers, and product managers to conceptualize and implement creative game features.
- Design and oversee the creation of engaging in-game events and content to delight players.
- Craft comprehensive game design documentation for features and content, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine gameplay, balancing mechanics and enhancing the player experience.
What We Require
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and systems design.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas through documentation, sketches, storyboards, and mock-ups.
- A solid understanding of popular mobile, casual, and social games—and what makes them fun.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- A passionate gamer with experience across multiple platforms.
