As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Fundraising Consultant to help secure strategic investments and build long-term partnerships that will accelerate the Group’s growth.

Position Summary The Fundraising Consultant will work closely with the Chairman and leadership team to develop and execute fundraising strategies, identify potential investors and funding partners, prepare investment documentation, and support capital-raising initiatives across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Exxeella Education Group.
- Identify and engage with Venture Capital Funds, Private Equity Firms, Family Offices, Strategic Investors, Banks, NBFCs, CSR Foundations, Philanthropic Organizations, and International Funding Agencies.
- Build and manage a high-quality investor pipeline.
- Arrange investor meetings, presentations, and fundraising roadshows.
- Prepare investment-ready documentation including:
- Investor Pitch Decks
- Business Plans
- Financial Models
- Information Memorandums
- Investment Notes
- Due Diligence Documents
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and business teams throughout fundraising transactions.
- Support debt financing, structured finance, grants, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Advise the management team on fundraising strategy, valuation, capital structuring, and investor engagement.




- Build relationships with government departments, industry associations, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Submit monthly progress reports detailing investor outreach, meetings, funding opportunities, and milestones achieved.

Expected Deliverables

- Comprehensive fundraising roadmap.
- Database of qualified investors, institutions, and funding partners.
- Active engagement with venture capital, private equity, banks, and strategic investors.
- Investor presentations and funding discussions.
- Complete fundraising documentation.
- Strategic partnerships and funding opportunities for various Group initiatives.
- Support in closing equity, debt, grant, or strategic funding transactions.
- Quarterly fundraising performance reports.
- Final annual fundraising report with outcomes and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic consulting.
- Robust network within the investment and financial ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in raising capital for startups, education, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, or similar sectors.
- Excellent financial analysis, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Compensation

- Competitive Monthly Consulting Fee (Negotiable)
- Attractive Success Fee / Performance Incentive linked to successful funding closures

Duration

12-Month Consulting Assignment, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement.

Confidentiality The consultant will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business plans, financial information, intellectual property, investor discussions, and strategic initiatives of Exxeella Education Group throughout and after the engagement.
