About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with 10+ years of experience to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, engineering teams, UX designers, and Scrum teams to define product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Business Analysts, and Product Management.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively.
- Ensure successful product releases and support go-to-market activities.

Required Skills:





- 10+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in backlog management and prioritization techniques.
- Hands-on experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in product roadmap planning and release management.
- Ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Digital Products, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise Applications.
- Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and System Integrations.
- Familiarity with UX principles and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), SAFe POPM, or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant Product Management certifications are an added advantage.
