Position: Functional Consultant - ERP

(Fintech - Tech Enthusiast with Finance Knowledge) >> Responsibilities:

Understand client business processes and requirements for ERP implementation.

Thorough knowledge of Accounting Entries, aligned with Business Process Flow.

Based on client business processes, prepare BRDs, check feasibility, and create Functional Solution Documents.

Implement ERP systems and train clients on usage.

Apply analytical thinking to build logic for matching and consolidating data from different sources into reports.

Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries during client go-live. >> Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of business processes and transactional flow; excellent command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.)

Analytical mindset with the ability to map business problems to ERP workflows.





Valuable communication skills for client interaction and training.

AI enthusiast who applies critical thinking - comfortable using AI for automation while being mindful of data privacy. >> Eligibility Criteria:

Genuine interest in Fintech is a must. Open to Fresher CAs, Commerce Graduates, MBA (Finance/BA), or any professional background with prior ERP experience.
