The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the technology that powers our business end-to-end. You'll work closely with a small, collaborative team to design, build, and maintain products across our entire stack. From our customer-facing web and mobile experiences, to the internal tools used by our logistics operations, and the backend services that power everything behind the scenes.

Core Responsibilities

- Mobile Development: Collaborate to build, maintain, and ship high-quality features for both our customer-facing iOS/Android applications and our internal logistics mobile app using React Native .
- Web Development: Develop and optimize the website using React and Next.js .
- Backend & API Development: Help design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Node.js.
- State Management & Architecture: Implement scalable application states using Redux and write strongly typed, scalable code across the stack using TypeScript.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write clean, testable code and implement automated testing (unit and integration tests) to ensure platform stability before deployment.
- Version Control & CI/CD : Manage code effectively using Git , participate actively in peer code reviews, and work with continuous integration/continuous deployment CI/CD) pipelines.
- Agile Collaboration:



Work in iterative sprints alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into deployed features in a flat, team-oriented environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications across web, mobile, and backend.

- Tech Stack Proficiency:
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, including publishing and maintaining apps on both the App Store and Google Play.
- Solid experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js.
- Solid proficiency in building and maintaining Node.js APIs.
- Strong command of TypeScript and experience with state management using Redux

- Engineering Fundamentals:
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Experience writing automated tests using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha , or similar.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and experience working with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently debug complex issues across frontend, mobile, and backend systems, optimize application performance, and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions.
- Ownership: Comfortable taking ownership of features from implementation through deployment, collaborating across the stack, and contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and product managers in a fast-paced startup environment.
