Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Generalist Fullstack Engineer to join our core product team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling end-to-end features that power our platforms growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

By bridging the gap between intuitive frontend interfaces and robust backend infrastructure, you will directly influence the user experience and drive significant improvements in our platforms reliability and feature velocity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable web applications by leveraging a diverse technology stack to ensure seamless performance across all user touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that engineering efforts align with long-term business objectives and market demands.
- Optimize system architecture and database schemas to improve application latency and support the increasing scale of our user base.




- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and architectural discussions to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues by performing deep-dive analysis into system logs and performance bottlenecks to maintain high availability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using modern frameworks such as React.js for frontend development and Node.js, Python, Java, or Golang for backend services.
- Proven ability to architect modular, maintainable codebases that can evolve alongside changing business requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work workplace in Bangalore.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the adaptability to switch between different programming languages and paradigms as project needs dictate.
