Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at AstraScribe, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power our AI-driven EHR and workflow platform. You will develop scalable backend services and APIs, implement responsive and accessible user interfaces, and ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing code from peers, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance and reliability.

Qualifications





Strong skills in Software Development and Full-Stack Development for modern web applications.

Ability to use Coding tools like Claude/Codex wisely and not blindly

Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and designing scalable architectures.

Experience in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with a focus on responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Experience with at least one modern back-end language or framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or similar).

Experience with up-to-date front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with security best practices, particularly in healthcare or other regulated domains, is advantageous.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
