Role Overview

We're building the future of talent intelligence - and we need a Full Stack Developer who's hungry to ship, not just code. You'll work across the entire stack, collaborate with a small high ownership team, and use AI tools as a force multiplier in everything you do. If you've worked in a product company and love the feeling of seeing your code, make a real difference - this one's for you.

What You'll Do

- Build and ship features across frontend and backend - owning them end to end
- Write clean, scalable APIs and backend logic in Node.js and Python
- Build quick, responsive UIs using React / Next.js
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and AI-powered workflows into the product
- Work with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure on Azure
- Use AI tools (Claude, Codex, Copilot, etc.) actively in your daily workflow - for faster debugging, smarter code reviews, and rapid feature building
- Collaborate with product and design to turn wireframes into live features - fast
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Tech Stack You'll Work On

- Frontend: React / Next.js
- Backend: Node.js, Python
- Database:



PostgreSQL (primary), MongoDB / Redis (good to have)
- Cloud: Azure
- Version Control: Bitbucket / Git
- AI Dev Tools: Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex - or whatever makes you 10x faster

What We're Looking For

- 2 years of hands-on full stack experience - you've shipped things people actually use
- Strong with Python, Node.js, and React - not just familiar, but fluent
- You actively use AI tools in your dev workflow - not as a gimmick, but as a core skill
- Experience in a product company (SaaS / tech startup strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with Git workflows, deployment basics, and cloud environments
- You write readable, maintainable code and care about what happens after you commit
- Fast learner - our stack evolves, and we need people who evolve with it
- Bonus: Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or integrating AI/ML features
