Role Description The Full Stack Engineer role at Catalysts is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, including both front-end interfaces and back-end services. The engineer will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and participating in code reviews. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, improving existing features,



and contributing to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building complete web applications from concept to deployment.

Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side languages, frameworks, and relational or NoSQL databases.

Candidates should possess skills in version control (e.g., Git), RESTful API integration, and basic knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working in cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and familiarity with agile development methodologies are beneficial.

Exposure to cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
