Headquartered in the US with a growing global footprint, Tapplent is looking for passionate Full Stack Engineers to join our Bangalore Development Centre.

Role Description The Full Stack Engineer - HRMS Products will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power tapplent’s HRMS platform. This full time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban involves building robust back-end services, implementing responsive front-end interfaces, and integrating APIs and third-party services. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions, write clean and testable code, and participate in code reviews.

Day-to-day responsibilities new product developments, troubleshooting and debugging issues, optimizing performance, ensuring security and data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities Build scalable, high-performance Angular applications and reusable UI components.

Develop secure backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices.

Own development across design, coding, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and automation.

Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams for quality releases.

Drive performance, code quality, engineering best practices, and AI-led innovation.

Qualifications & Desirables B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering,



or related discipline from reputed institute.

2–5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices.

Good understanding of databases, scalable SaaS architecture, security, and performance optimization.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, cloud environments, and Agile development, APIs, system integrations.

Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding/development tools is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to own features end-to-end and work effectively in a fast-moving product environment.

Experience with HRMS/HCM applications such as Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Expense Management, AI Interviews, Chatbots, AI-powered Analytics, and Reporting will be a strong advantage.
