Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power the SaathApp platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring responsive and secure application performance.

The role also involves collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation and continuous improvement of the development stack.



This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tharthari, with a combination of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including work with server-side frameworks and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development, building and integrating both client-side and server-side components.
- Knowledge of modern version control practices (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clean, maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in product-focused teams and an interest in collaboration and user-centered design.
