Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of skilled experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building scalable, high-performance web applications from conception to deployment. This role requires a strong problem-solver who is eager to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, working collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications across the full stack, from user interface to database.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end components, adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into functional solutions.
- Implement and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between different system components.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software and a smooth user experience.
- Participate actively in the entire application lifecycle,



focusing on coding, debugging, and deployment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong back-end development skills with experience in at least one server-side language/framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, .NET).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
