Role Description The Frontline Executive and Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers, explaining life insurance products, and supporting them in selecting appropriate solutions aligned with their financial and protection needs.

The individual will be responsible for achieving sales and service targets, managing policy documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and resolving customer queries promptly. As a Unit Manager, the role also includes building and guiding a small team of frontline executives, providing training, monitoring performance,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities will include field visits, relationship management with customers and partners, maintaining accurate records, and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and partners.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including target orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to present insurance solutions clearly.
- Team leadership and people management skills to coach, support, and monitor frontline executives and drive unit performance.
- Organizational, time management, and basic administrative skills to handle documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements accurately.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM or sales tracking systems) for day-to-day operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages relevant to Chandigarh and surrounding regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or frontline sales roles is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven setting while maintaining high ethical standards.
