We are looking for a polite, responsible, and organized Front Desk Assistant to be the face of Jyoti Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a calm personality, and the ability to multitask in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients.
- Schedule and manage appointments for doctors
- Maintain petty cash, ensure accurate recording and daily reconciliation.
- Accompany patients to their designated consultation rooms or departments.
- Maintain records—registers, files, appointment logs, billing slips, and software entries.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure a clean, courteous and professional front desk environment at all times.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks assigned by hospital management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge & ability to learn hospital software
- Prior experience in front desk / reception / healthcare preferred but not mandatory
- Pleasant personality, patience, and robust customer-service orientation
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
Salary As per hospital norms and candidate’s experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
