Kevell Corp is hiring enthusiastic Freshers for the Voice Process team. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. The role involves interacting with customers over phone calls, addressing their queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs can apply)




- Freshers are welcome.
- Age: 20 to 29 years
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
