We're Hiring: Freight Forwarding Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Manager with a strong background in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Air Freight and Sea Freight import/export operations, shipment documentation, client coordination, and communication with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Air Freight and Sea Freight import & export shipments.
- Handle shipment documentation including BL, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, and Delivery Orders.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers (CHA), transporters, and overseas agents.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Draft professional emails and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and international partners.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
- Resolve shipment-related operational issues and ensure smooth execution.




- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely shipment processing.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Import-Export Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
- Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and shipment execution.
- Good understanding of shipping documents, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, email drafting, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/freight forwarding software will be an advantage.
