We are hiring for the position of Vendor Help Desk, seeking German French & Dutch language experts. B2 level proficiency.

Location - Navi Mumbai

We welcome both Freshers and Experienced candidates for this client-facing role with a multinational corporation in Navi Mumbai.

Perks & Benefits: Working hours from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM with a home drop facility provided.

Qualification: B.Com or any graduate

Language Requirement: B2 level proficiency in German French & Dutch

Experience:** Freshers / Experience- 1-10 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle vendor support queries through email and other communication channels.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.





- Deliver excellent stakeholder support while meeting service quality standards.
