If you have a strong sourcing network and experience closing lateral mandates, this is an excellent opportunity to earn attractive commissions while working remotely with complete flexibility.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for lateral hiring requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Deliver quality and relevant profiles within defined timelines.

- Ability to independently manage recruitment assignments.
