Key Responsibilities
- Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and your professional network.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates attend scheduled rounds.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Share quality profiles within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Provide regular updates on candidate status to the CareerPassport team.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions.
- Experience hiring for Sales, IT, Non-IT, Volume Hiring, or Leadership roles is an advantage.
Compensation
