Our client, a leading development sector organization, is looking for a
Consultant to Develop a Strategy for Financial Inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and roadmaps to drive financial inclusion and strengthen access to financial services.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and investment assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and evaluate financial inclusion programs, business models, and implementation frameworks.
- Engage with government bodies, financial institutions, investors, and development partners to align strategic initiatives.
- Support investment planning, fundraising strategies, and public-private partnership initiatives.
- Monitor sector trends, regulatory developments, and emerging innovations in financial services and fintech.
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, policy briefs,
and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Skills Required
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy consulting, financial services, banking, or the development sector.
- Robust experience in developing financial inclusion strategies and business growth roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with government agencies, financial institutions, investors, and development partners.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
