The Franchise Coordinator shall be responsible for coordinating and supporting franchise operations to ensure smooth communication and compliance between the Corporate Office and franchise outlets.

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Corporate Office and franchise outlets.

- Coordinate daily communication with franchise owners and follow up on their requirements in coordination with the concerned departments.

- Ensure implementation of Company policies, SOPs, and operational standards across franchise outlets.

- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill franchise-related requirements.

- Coordinate procurement requirements and communicate any delays or supply issues promptly with the support of the Operations Department.

- Assist in resolving franchise operational issues and escalate significant matters to Management.

- Coordinate and support new franchise outlet openings and operational setup as required.

- Handle official franchise email communications and ensure timely responses, follow-ups,



and proper record maintenance.

- Prepare legal notices, franchise proposals, agreements, and other official documents as assigned, and follow up on their completion.

- Provide coordination and support for marketing activities, social media promotions, advertisements, and other brand initiatives for franchise outlets.

- Prepare and submit reports to the Reporting Officer/Management within the prescribed timelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of all Company and franchise-related information.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
