Santrionn is building an AI-powered student-first healthcare platform. We're preparing for our first launch and are hiring one of our earliest core team members. You'll work directly with the CEO, COO and CMO to build the operational foundation of the company. This is not a traditional operations role—it is a founding opportunity to help build systems, partnerships and scale from day one.

About the Role

You will own complete product development—from idea to production. The role spans product engineering, backend, frontend, architecture, documentation, migrations, deployments, integrations and engineering excellence.

Note: This role is fully remote. Occasional travel to Jalandhar may be required for launch events or critical ground activations.

Ownership Areas Product Development & Feature Ownership

- Build product modules from scratch.
- Own features end-to-end.

Backend Engineering

- Design APIs and business logic.
- Authentication and authorisation.

Architecture & Scalability

- Design scalable architecture.

DevOps & Infrastructure

- Docker and local environments.

Database, Migrations & Data

- Schema design.
