The company focuses on amplifying brands through human voices and trust first distribution. Mozie is an AI native company, enables brand to run whole campaign in natural language, covering everything from brief planning and buyer persona mapping to creator selection, brand voice setting, budgeting, payments, and revenue measurement.

Brands gain distribution through creators their audiences genuinely trust, while creators receive a reliable pipeline of opportunities that reward authentic content and real audience-building. Mozie is building a system where transparency, trust, and human creativity drive meaningful results for both brands and creators.

The role

Build Mozie's visual voice. You'll engineer the reels, launch videos, carousels, memes, and thumbnails that turn product moments into cultural moments across Instagram, X, and YouTube. Virality here is not luck — it's retention engineered second by second, with real creative freedom and a direct path to a full-time creative seat.

What you'll do

- Treat every reel as a retention machine: win the first five seconds, make every frame earn the next
- Design carousels, meme formats, thumbnails, and launch-video storyboards that feel current, never corporate
- Show the product instead of describing it — demo-led aha moments, zero sales adjectives
- Build a recognizable visual language for Mozie that scales into repeatable weekly formats




- Study retention patterns across AI startups, Gen Z creators, and meme pages — and translate the mechanics
- Pitch bold ideas, run your own experiments, own the outcomes

What we're looking for
- Proof of visual taste: portfolio, memes, reels, edits, college club content, or your own page — shipping consistently matters more than follower count
- Extremely online in the best way: fluent in what makes content feel current instead of corporate
- Taste over tools — we run best-in-class AI creative tools; you'll pick up anything missing with leverage from day one
- You can explain a video's retention curve, not just its look — hooks, pacing, shot changes, text hierarchy
- Creative freedom with boundaries: no manipulation, no deception, no engagement bait
