Madhav Group of Ventures is a diversified enterprise operating across education, immigration consultancy, marketing innovation, and global PR - with an active presence across 7+ countries and 5 thriving verticals (Madhav Marketing, Madhav Immigration, Madhav Education, MOAT Podcast, and Mission Management).

We're now launching our sixth vertical: Madhav IT Solutions

- and we're not hiring an employee to run it. We're looking for a founder to build it, own it, and lead it.

This is not a job posting in the traditional sense. It's an invitation to co-build a company from zero — with the full weight of an established, multi-vertical Group behind you.

What We're Offering

- Equity ownership in Madhav IT Solutions - you build it, you own a real stake in it. This is a founder-track role, not a salaried CTO position.

- legal, finance, HR, and operations support from the wider Madhav Group, so you focus on building the product, the team, and the business - not back-office overhead.

- A seat at the leadership table

- you'll operate alongside the CEOs and leadership of every other Madhav Group vertical, with the same autonomy and accountability they carry.

What You'll Own As CEO cum CTO of Madhav IT Solutions, you will:
- Define the venture's technical vision, product/service roadmap, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up
- Build and lead the founding tech and delivery team




- Architect the company's core offering - whether that's software development, IT consulting, SaaS products, digital infrastructure, or a category you believe deserves to be built
- Own P&L; responsibility for the vertical, working closely with Group leadership on funding, growth targets, and strategic direction
- Represent Madhav IT Solutions as its face - to clients, to talent, and to the market
- Build the same kind of category-defining, ownership-driven company culture that Madhav Marketing and our other verticals are known for

Who We're Looking For This role is built for someone who has been waiting for the right platform to start their own company - not someone looking for their next CTO title.
- Strong technical depth
- hands-on experience in software development, product engineering, IT services, or technology consulting, with the credibility to lead technical teams and technical conversations

- Entrepreneurial track record or intent

- prior experience founding, co-founding, or meaningfully leading a business or a technology function end-to-end

- Business and commercial instinct

- you understand revenue, client relationships, pricing, and growth - not just code and architecture

- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership

- this is a zero-to-one build. You will define the playbook, not follow one.

- Alignment with the Group's philosophy
