The Opportunity

Find and sign the five specialty clinics for our India pilot, manage those relationships through the pilot, and build the pipeline for the clinics that come after.

What You'll Do

- Identify, pitch, and sign five pilot clinics, starting with addiction recovery and maternal health.

- Negotiate pilot agreements with the founders and legal counsel, including patient consent and data-use terms under India's data protection law.

- Manage the relationship with each clinic owner through the pilot: expectations, reviews, and renewals.

- Turn pilot results into case studies, reference calls, and pricing recommendations.

- Build a qualified pipeline of 20 or more clinics in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities while the pilot runs.

- Hand each signed clinic to the Clinic Success Manager for onboarding.

- Report back what clinic owners will pay, who they compare us with, and what stops them from saying yes.

- Follow the tools clinics already use, from ABDM to practice management software.

Who You Are





- 6+ years in healthcare business development or sales in India, selling to clinic owners, hospital administrators, or doctor-entrepreneurs.

- Have signed first customers for an early product, not only managed existing accounts.

- Solid negotiation skills. Comfortable working through contract terms with lawyers.

- Fluent in Hindi and English.

- Realistic about what AI can and cannot do in patient care.

- Comfortable being the only commercial hire, working directly with the founders.
