Chess Coach - Online (Remote)
We coach kids (5–17) and adults across India, the UK, US, and UAE. Looking for coaches who primarily teach well — bonus if you can sell too.
Qualifications:
- Robust chess understanding (1400+ preferred, but teaching skill > rating).
- Articulate - can explain a tactic to an 8-year-old and a 40-year-old and hold both.
- Reliable, sharp, comfortable on camera.
- Consistent availability across time zones (evenings/weekends matter for our markets).
The role:
- Coach and track students and adult learners- be their person.
- Assign homework, review it, and keep progress sheets updated after each class.
- Run trials and help convert interested students (read: bonuses).
- Show up on time, every time- reliability is the job.
