About Our Client

Our client is a series A funded SaaS product organisation targeting the mid market segment in the US market.

- Own and grow a portfolio of US-based customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as the primary post-sales point of contact.

- Drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions.

- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and business outcomes are delivered.

- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements and roadmap enhancements.

- Help build and scale the account management function by establishing processes, playbooks, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

- 4-10 years of experience in Account Management





- Proven experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts.

- Experience working with customers in the US market.

- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to renewals, retention, and expansion motions.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment is highly preferred.

- Comfort working in an ambiguous, hands-on, and highly collaborative setting
