Role Description: As the Founding Brand Designer at VettedBuddy, you will lead the development of visual and brand identity systems for a diverse range of clients, from early-stage startups to established businesses. You will translate brand strategy into cohesive visual directions, design logos and complete identity packages, and create digital assets for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day work includes collaborating closely with founders and stakeholders, conducting visual research and moodboarding,



building design frameworks and guidelines, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

You will help define and refine VettedBuddy’s own brand standards, contribute to client pitches and presentations, and support the evolution of the studio’s design processes. This is a full time remote role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Brand Design and Brand Identity to create cohesive, differentiated brand systems.

Expertise in Visual Design and Graphic Design for digital and print assets across multiple platforms.

Hands-on experience in Branding, including positioning, visual storytelling, and brand guidelines development.

Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent) and design system thinking.

Portfolio demonstrating premium, polished work for startups or growth-focused businesses.

Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines reliably.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, including presenting and defending design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Experience in motion, UI/UX, or web design is a plus; familiarity with creative production workflows is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
