About the Role An exciting opportunity to be part of our biggest launch yet.

We’re launching a globally recognised international fashion and lifestyle brand in India and are looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our Founder’s Office.

This is a rare opportunity to build a business from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders, taking ownership of high-impact projects across operations, retail, brand, marketing, partnerships, and business development. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the launch and future growth of the company.

What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Make things happen.

•⁠ ⁠Own projects from the first idea through to execution.

•⁠ ⁠Solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep momentum high.

•⁠ ⁠Bring current ideas to life—whether it’s launching a store, creating a memorable customer experience, or improving how we operate.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with partners, vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to keep projects moving.





•⁠ ⁠Work alongside the founders on everything from strategy to execution.

•⁠ ⁠Help build an exciting international brand in India from the ground up.

Who We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Someone who is proactive, organised, and takes ownership.

•⁠ ⁠A strong problem solver who enjoys figuring things out.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where every day is different.

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, project management, retail, hospitality, events, or a similar field is preferred.
