Founder's Office — Full-Time

Type: Full-time The Role

You'll work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, and execution — moving fluidly between fundraising support, partnerships, content, ops, and whatever the week actually needs. This isn't a coordination role. You'll own problems end-to-end, make judgment calls, and execute without needing things spelled out twice.

What You'll Do

- Support fundraising: investor research, deck iteration, data room upkeep, follow-up tracking
- Drive operational projects — vendor coordination, production scheduling, process documentation
- Help build out partnerships and collaborations (e.g., cross-industry pilots, space-tech exploration)
- Assist with content and external communications, maintaining Mycelius's voice — direct, non-performative, no jargon padding
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product and positioning decisions
- Jump into ambiguous,



undefined problems and bring structure to them

What We're Looking For
- Sharp execution — you take a rough instruction and return a clean, finished output
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast context-switching in an early-stage environment
- Solid written communication; able to match tone across different audiences
- Bias to action over process — this is a builder's seat, not an admin seat
- Genuine interest in materials, design, sustainability, or deep tech is a plus

What This Isn't
- Not a traditional EA/scheduling role
- Not a role where direction comes pre-packaged — you'll need to figure out the "how"

Compensation: Starting with Rs 28,000/- for first 4 months of probation, then hike upon observation of performance. Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
