About Convergence Catalyst

Convergence Catalyst is an Applied AI Venture Studio building vertical AI companies alongside industry experts.

After spending 14+ years advising organizations including Google, Apple, and Microsoft on emerging technologies—and leading Google's largest Health AI initiative—we transitioned from consulting to building AI-native companies powered by shared AI infrastructure and proprietary workflows.

Today we're building three AI ventures spanning Fashion Design, Behavioural Intelligence, and Compatibility , with customers, pilots, and partnerships across North America and Europe.

About the Role

This isn't an Executive Assistant role.

It isn't about calendar management.

It isn't about gatekeeping.

Think of it as a Chief of Staff role measured entirely by execution.

You'll work directly with the Founder across:

- Enterprise Sales & GTM
- Product Launches
- Marketing Campaigns
- Investor Conversations
- Customer Success
- Strategic Partnerships
- Internal Operations
- Special Projects

The Founder opens doors, runs meetings, builds relationships, and creates opportunities. Your job is to ensure every opportunity is followed through with speed, precision, and quality.

What Success Looks Like

You'll know you're succeeding when:





✅ Every meeting is followed up within 24–48 hours with tailored collateral.

✅ No customer, investor, or partner chance goes cold.

✅ Every lead has a clear owner, next action, and timeline.

✅ Internal teams move in sync without constant intervention from the Founder.

✅ Travel weeks generate momentum—not backlogs.

What You'll Do

You'll operate at the centre of our GTM engine.

Your responsibilities will include

- Owning end-to-end follow-through after customer, partner, and investor meetings.
- Preparing customised proposals, decks, one-pagers, and commercial collateral.
- Coordinating execution across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Design, and venture co-founders.
- Maintaining CRM, pipeline tracking, and follow-up systems.
- Running the Founder's GTM operating rhythm—including meeting preparation, action tracking, and execution.
- Drafting high-quality emails and communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Building templates, AI-assisted workflows, and lightweight operating systems that help the company scale faster.
- Handling confidential commercial, strategic, and partnership information with absolute discretion.
- Solving problems proactively—often before they're visible to others.

QualificationsRequired

- Around 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in a startup, Founder's Office, consulting, or another high-ownership environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and business writing abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using productivity tools, presentation software, spreadsheets, and modern AI tools.
- Ability to execute quickly with minimal supervision.
