Position: Founder’s Office Intern Join The Creative Pride at The Social Lions!

Are you someone who wants to understand how real business decisions are made inside a fast-growing marketing agency?

The Social

Lions is looking for a proactive Founder’s Intern who will work closely with the leadership team and gain hands-on exposure to business operations,

client conversations, and growth initiatives. What You'll Do:

● Identify and research brands actively looking for marketing support.

● Conduct lead research and maintain agency CRM/lead trackers.

● Draft outreach emails and LinkedIn communication for potential clients.

● Support founders with calendar management and meeting coordination.

● Take meeting notes and track action items across teams.

● Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.

● Research industry trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities.

● Support coordination across internal teams for ongoing projects.

● Assist with agency content, case studies, and communication initiatives when required.



What We're Looking For:

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated (Marketing, Commerce, BBA/BAMMC preferred).

● Solid written communication and research skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks with ownership.

● Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital brand communication.

● Prior internship/startup exposure is a plus.
