About Construction Playground

Construction Playground is building an immersive construction experience where children and adults can participate in real-world construction activities, operate machines under supervision, and engage in hands-on activities such as brickwork, painting, assembly and building.

Alongside the physical experience, we are developing Brickkit —a range of construction-based educational and recreational kits designed to bring authentic building experiences into homes and schools.

Both ventures are currently in their early building stages. The flagship venue is being planned, the product range is under development, and new partnerships and formats are being explored.

We are looking for an early team member to join the Founder’s Office and help convert ideas into structured, executable projects.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building businesses from an early stage.

You will work directly with the founder across business planning, project coordination, research, product development, partnerships, operations and execution.

The specific projects will evolve as the company develops. One week may involve evaluating a potential flagship location, while another may involve coordinating product prototypes, preparing a partnership proposal, comparing vendors or planning an activation.

Your central responsibility will remain consistent:

Take an initially ambiguous business priority, structure it, coordinate the relevant people and drive it towards a completed outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning and Founder’s Office

- Convert ideas and discussions into project plans, timelines and action trackers.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor and opportunity research.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, briefs and decision documents.
- Track important projects, meetings,



commitments and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with partners, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.

Construction Playground

- Support the planning and development of the flagship experience centre.
- Evaluate potential locations, operating models and commercial opportunities.
- Assist with customer journey, activity design and operational planning.
- Coordinate activations, partnerships, school programmes and corporate opportunities.

Brickkit and Product Development

- Support product development from concept through prototyping and launch.
- Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, suppliers and material specialists.
- Maintain development timelines, costing sheets and prototype feedback.
- Assist with pricing, packaging, distribution and launch planning.

Who Should Apply?

- Approximately 1–4 years of full-time experience is preferred.
- Exceptional fresh graduates with solid internships, projects or entrepreneurial experience may also apply.
- Interested in entrepreneurship, business building and early-stage ventures.
- Highly organised and capable of managing several moving parts.
- Comfortable beginning work without a perfectly defined brief.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working from the office, visiting sites and meeting vendors across Mumbai.
- Prior experience in a startup, Founder’s Office, consulting, operations, project management, product, events or business development is useful but not mandatory.

Important to Know This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai. The role includes analytical work as well as hands-on execution, site visits and occasional involvement in scheduled weekend events or activations.
