**Role Overview
As a Founder’s Office Associate, you’ll work across marketing, operations, logistics, social media, and business expansion. No two days will be the same. You’ll be expected to take ownership, solve problems independently, and ensure every WhatheFootball event and campaign is executed seamlessly.
This is an execution-first role for someone who enjoys building things from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across all platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Manage community engagement and audience interactions.
- Execute marketing campaigns for events, partnerships, and new initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Event Operations & Logistics
- Be present at 100% of WhatheFootball events, including weekends, late nights, and major football fixtures.
- Manage complete event logistics from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with venues, sponsors, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure smooth guest experience and operational excellence.
- Handle event checklists, inventory, branding, registrations, staffing, and post-event reporting.
Business Operations
- Support day-to-day backend operations across the company.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
- Build and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Assist the founder in executing high-priority business initiatives.
Expansion & Growth
- Support the launch and operations of WhatheFootball in current cities.
- Identify potential venue and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Ensure operational consistency as the company scales nationally.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or startups.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working on weekends and during live sporting events.
- Willingness to travel across cities when required.
- Passion for football and sports is a major advantage.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing analytics.
