At Miraaya Couture , we're building a luxury Banarasi saree brand that celebrates timeless craftsmanship with modern storytelling. We're looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Founder's Assistant to work directly with the founder and be a key part of our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations, brand events, and product launches.
- Manage and grow Miraaya Couture's Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest presence by coordinating content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely publishing.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality content.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance, trends, and competitor activities, and share actionable insights.
- Handle customer communication and coordinate with vendors and partners.




- Conduct market research and assist in business development initiatives.
- Support hiring, documentation, inventory coordination, and special projects as required.
- Take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

Who We're Looking For
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with exceptional organizational skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI tools
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands, and startups
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and learning directly from a founder
