- Run discovery workshops and translate business processes into Salesforce solution design
- Handson configuration customization Ability to guide customers and project teams on best practices do reviews and implement recommendations
- Custom UI design and development LWC Aura
- Expertise in integration patterns for salesforce event based OOB customization capabilities of salesforce and Data 360
- Experienced in agentic design reviews and coding
- Assess technical debt and provide pragmatic recommendations and execute them
- Architect design integrations migration strategies and enable them




- Ability to conceptualize user experience design target KPIs and drive towards realization of KPIs
- Provide customer advisory on CRM adoption process optimization governance and release readiness
- Knowlege of industry clouds Expertise in specific industry clouds is a plus
