The Role

When a prospective customer says "show me," you're the person who makes it real — fast. You partner with BD and sales to turn deal conversations into working proofs-of-concept: whatever one-off tooling a deal needs to move forward. Your job is to compress a buyer's time-to-trust from weeks to days. Turnaround speed is the whole point of the role.

What you'll do





- Build POCs against real client/BD asks.
- Spin up miscellaneous tools and scripts on demand to unblock a deal or prove a capability.
- Work directly off BD/sales input, scope quickly, and deliver fast — owning the work end-to-end without hand-holding.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience as a strong generalist engineer who operates unsupervised.
- Demonstrated fast turnaround — a portfolio of shipped side projects, hackathon builds, or other concrete proof you go from idea to working thing quickly.
- Solid engineering fundamentals and the judgment to know when "good enough to demo" beats "perfect."
- Pragmatic about tooling: you pick the fastest path to a working POC and aren't dogmatic about the stack.

Nice to have

- Experience with data/video tooling or building dashboards and viewers.
- Familiarity with backend engineering concepts.
- Frontend chops for quick, presentable demos.
