1. Manage daily production activities in the Forge Shop.
2. Supervise shop floor operations and manpower handling.
3. Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality standards.
4. Monitor forging processes and maintain process discipline.
5. Read and understand engineering drawings & technical specifications.
6. Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance teams for smooth production.
7. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with manufacturing
Requirements:
1. B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical Qualification
2. Experience in Manufacturing / Forging / Engineering Industry
3. Solid Technical Knowledge in Production & Forging Processes
4. Good Supervision & Team Handling Skills
5. Knowledge of Shop Floor Management & Quality Practices
6. Willingness to work in shifts
