Job Title: Foreman.
Experience: 8-10 Years Qualification: ITI Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide welding, fabrication and tool room operations. Allocate daily work and monitor productivity of technicians and operators. Perform and oversee welding, cutting, grinding, fitting and fabrication activities.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate fabrication. Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely job completion.
Maintain tools, fabrication equipment and ensure preventive maintenance. Train and support shop-floor personnel while resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in welding, fabrication and tool room operations. Ability to lead and supervise a fabrication team. Positive knowledge of engineering drawings, fabrication techniques and measuring instruments. Strong troubleshooting, coordination and problem-solving skills.
